Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will work as a consultant for one of our clients in Karlskrona, where you will become a central part of a team developing a new platform product based on a digital information system. The position focuses on improving the management, display, and review of technical information for broader use within the client's operations.

Examples of job responsibilities:

• Be responsible for requirements gathering and business analysis for the product
• Support IT governance and ensure that the system meets the business needs
• Plan and execute tests and coordinate test management
• Provide support and training to both internal and external users
• Participate in decision forums regarding the product's development and future direction
• Collaborate with developers to clarify requirements and identify areas for improvement
• Contribute to user experience (UX), information architecture, and service design
• Support both business and product development when the product is to be used in new areas

Qualifications (Must-Have)

• Experience in technical documentation and digital information management
• Experience in IT support and user assistance
• Experience in UX or service design
• Familiarity with requirements specification and testing in IT
• Experience in IT governance and working with systems
• Several years of experience in a similar role
• Ability to undergo and be approved in a security clearance (may require Swedish citizenship)

Desirable (Nice to Have)

• Background in defense-related work or technical maintenance operations
• Knowledge of information architecture and relevant regulations (e.g., S1000D or DITA)
• Familiarity with XML or database management
• Experience in project management, procurement, or testing/governance certifications
• Military background or insight into defense operations
